Last weekly sweep: not yet run
The sweep closes out Done items. It does not flag them for sign-off. Statuses: Open, Being built, Built, Done (confirmed), and Closed, not built. Built counts as Done.
Tap a bucket to filter. Long-press a request, or tap Move to bucket, to file it.

Ascend keeps it encrypted on the server, so every device and the job board use it.
Open Rappel to get a token- Tap Test saved token. If Rappel rejects it, paste a fresh token above.
- Sign in to Rappel in the browser, open the link above, and copy the token it shows.
- Tap Save and sync. The job board and every job refresh from Rappel.
Create a private link and subscribe to it in Outlook, Google or Apple Calendar. Your Ascend events then show there too. The link is a secret: anyone who has it can see these events, so only share it with yourself. You can switch it off below at any time.
- Outlook on the web: Add calendar, then Subscribe from web, then paste the link.
- Outlook decides how often it refreshes, usually every few hours.
Get a notification on this phone even when Ascend is closed. Alerts are off until you turn them on here, and only this phone is affected.
For now it only sends the test. Next steps are task assignments, reminders and upcoming inspections. Nothing is sent until those are switched on and approved.
